Delivery Overview

ModuSpace delivers furniture and space solutions across Luxembourg and selected European countries. Delivery timelines and conditions vary depending on the product type, availability, and your location.

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an estimated delivery window. ModuSpace will make every reasonable effort to meet this timeframe, but delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed absolutely.

Standard Furniture Delivery

Standard furniture items that are in stock are typically dispatched within a reasonable timeframe from order confirmation. Delivery is made to your address, either to your front door or to a designated access point, depending on the product size and delivery service selected.

Wall Beds, Built-In Systems, and Custom Solutions

Wall beds, built-in wardrobes, storage systems, and custom-configured furniture may require a technical pre-verification before the order is confirmed. This verification may include a review of:

Your apartment dimensions and floor plan
Wall type and load-bearing capacity (for wall-mounted solutions)
Ceiling height and clearances
Access conditions for delivery and installation
Door widths and circulation paths
Electrical or structural constraints

The order for these products is only confirmed once the technical review is complete and compatibility has been established. ModuSpace reserves the right to decline an order if the required installation conditions cannot be met.

Lead Times

Lead times for custom and made-to-measure products depend on the product configuration and the current production schedule. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of your quote or order confirmation.

Installation

Some ModuSpace products — including wall beds, built-in wardrobes, and custom storage — require professional installation. Installation services are available depending on your location and the product ordered.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all wall-mounted and structurally fixed products. Attempting to install these products without professional help may result in damage or safety hazards and may affect your warranty.

Where installation is included or available, the scope, conditions, and timeline of installation will be confirmed before order finalisation.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on the product type, size, destination, and selected delivery option. Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown before you complete your order.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact ModuSpace as soon as possible after receipt. Please document any visible damage with photos before signing for delivery.
