Standard Online Purchases — Right of Withdrawal

For standard online purchases delivered to customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform ModuSpace of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. Please contact us via the contact form or by email, clearly stating your order reference and your intention to withdraw.

After your withdrawal request is received, you must return the product within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition — unused, complete, and where possible in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law. A refund will be issued once the returned product has been received and verified by ModuSpace.

Important Exceptions — Custom and Made-to-Measure Products

The standard right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

  • Made to measure or custom-configured according to your specific apartment dimensions
  • Personalised or ordered to specific customer requirements
  • Quote-based orders that have been confirmed and entered into production
  • Products where professional installation has already been carried out and removal would damage the product or the property
  • Services already fully performed with the customer's prior agreement

For these products, the applicable cancellation or return conditions will be clearly communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

Wall Beds, Built-In Systems, and Custom Furniture

Wall beds, built-in storage systems, custom wardrobes, and similar solutions are typically made to order and may be configured specifically for your space. These products may not be eligible for standard return or withdrawal once production has commenced. ModuSpace will confirm all conditions in writing before finalising your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact ModuSpace as soon as possible and no later than within the applicable legal guarantee period. ModuSpace will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate and in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refund Process

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of ModuSpace receiving and verifying the returned product. ModuSpace may withhold a refund until the product has been returned or proof of return has been provided.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory legal rights under applicable EU and Luxembourg consumer protection laws, including your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity. See our Warranty & Legal Guarantee page for more information.
