What are "apartment types"?

Apartment types refer to the size and layout category of your apartment — from micro studios (16–20 m²) to premium two-bedroom apartments (85–110 m²). Each apartment type has specific spatial challenges and recommended furniture solutions. Browse all apartment types.

What are "scenarios"?

Scenarios describe how you want your apartment to function — for example, Work From Home, Guest Sleeping, Family Living, or Max Storage. Each scenario connects your apartment type to the furniture systems that best support that way of living. Browse all scenarios.

What are "furniture systems"?

Furniture systems are the specific product categories that solve a spatial challenge — such as wall bed systems, modular sofa systems, extendable dining tables, storage beds, wardrobes, or custom built-ins. Browse all furniture systems.

Orders and Products

Can I order directly from the website?

Yes. Standard products can be ordered directly. For custom, made-to-measure, wall bed, or built-in solutions, we recommend starting with a quote request so we can verify compatibility with your apartment before confirming the order.

How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote by filling in your apartment details, selecting the type of solution you are looking for, and submitting your request. You can also upload your floor plan to help us provide a more accurate recommendation.

What information do I need to provide for a wall bed or built-in solution?

For these types of products, we typically need your room dimensions, wall type, ceiling height, and photos or a floor plan of the space. This helps us verify technical compatibility before confirming your order. You can upload this information on the Upload Your Floor Plan page.

Can I customise the dimensions of a product?

Many ModuSpace products can be adapted to specific dimensions. Custom sizing is discussed and confirmed during the quote process. Please note that custom or made-to-measure products have specific cancellation conditions — see our Returns & Withdrawal page for details.

Delivery and Installation

How long does delivery take?

Lead times depend on the product and your location. Standard items may ship sooner, while custom and made-to-measure products require additional production time. Do you offer installation services?

Yes. Professional installation is available for wall beds, built-in systems, and other fixed solutions, depending on your location. Professional installation is strongly recommended for wall-mounted products. See our Delivery & Installation page.

Returns and Guarantees

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
