1. About ModuSpace

ModuSpace provides modular and transformable furniture solutions for apartments. Products are available for order through this website, subject to availability, configuration verification, and where applicable, technical checks prior to order confirmation.

2. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed through the website, by requesting a quote, or by contacting the ModuSpace team directly. For standard furniture items, orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For custom, made-to-measure, wall bed, or built-in solutions, the order is only confirmed after a technical verification of your apartment dimensions, wall type, ceiling height, and access conditions.

ModuSpace reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if the technical requirements cannot be met or if stock is unavailable.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required at the time of order unless a quote-based or deferred payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

4. Custom and Made-to-Measure Products

Certain products on the ModuSpace platform are made to measure, custom-configured, or personalised according to the customer's apartment dimensions or selected specifications. For these products, production begins only after order confirmation and technical validation. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified without agreement from ModuSpace.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines, costs, and conditions are set out in our Delivery & Installation page. ModuSpace will make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated delivery date but does not guarantee it. ModuSpace accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

6. Returns and Withdrawal

For standard online purchases, the right of withdrawal and return conditions are described in detail on our Returns & Withdrawal page. Custom-made, personalised, or installed products may be subject to specific conditions.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. Additional commercial warranty conditions, where applicable, are described on the Warranty & Legal Guarantee page.
